At Kotobukiye Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened or used collectible toys and figures.
  • Plastic models that have been assembled or painted.
  • Soft vinyl figures that show signs of wear or damage.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange. You will be notified via email once this is complete.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Kotobukiye Shop.
